The Iberian-Latin-American Congress on Computational Methods in Engineering

Dear Coleagues,

We are pleased to announce CILAMCE 2010,
the 31st edition of the Iberian-Latin-American Congress on
Computational Methods in Engineering, organized by the Brazilian
Association for Computational Methods in Engineering, ABMEC.

Following the success of its earlier editions, CILAMCE 2010
will be held in the city of Buenos Aires, November 15 to 18,
within the “MECOM del Bicentenario”.

In particular, we are involved in the organization of the Mini-Symposium:

Computational Intelligence Techniques for Optimization and Data Modeling

which intends to provide a forum in which engineers, researchers, and students can exchange ideas and information about modern search procedures (such as genetic algorithms, ant colony optimization, artificial immune systems, etc.) artificial neural networks, fuzzy systems, and other computational intelligence tools, applied alone or in association with other techniques, in the solution of real-world engineering problems as well as data and knowledge modeling tasks.

Deadline for abstracts: July 15, 2010
Deadline for final papers: September 3, 2010
